We strive for seamless and consistent experiences for all. Our Hosts will ensure that each vehicle is clean and fully charged with a minimum of 200 miles of range at the start of your trip. We kindly request that our Guests return the car in the same condition as it was received, free of personal belongings and trash, with a minimum of 200 miles of range remaining, ready for the next journey.

Before embarking on your journey, Hosts and Guests are required to document the vehicle's condition with a series of photos. At the end of the trip, we'll ask for another set of photos to ensure a smooth checkout. Share your amazing moments by uploading a photo and, with your permission, we may feature it on our social media.

We're launching with Tesla vehicles first to capitalize on Tesla’s unparalleled connected features. During each trip, you can expect scheduled mobile app access as well as backup key cards, live GPS monitoring, and speed-limiting controls for Hosts. Plus, our support team will be available 24/7 within the app or by phone if you need us.
